For agencies

Add accessibility compliance monitoring, evidence and remediation to every website you manage — without building an internal accessibility platform.

One contract. Every client. Their record stays theirs.

Why this lands on you first

38% of public entities do not know the regulation exists. Their web partner finds out first — usually from a resident’s complaint, a state league newsletter, or an email from a vendor. If you build and run their site, the question arrives at your desk before it arrives at theirs.

Every one of your government clients has the same obligation, the same deadline set and the same evidence problem. That is one capability, sold once, across your whole book.

The last figure is the one that prevents churn. An agency that forgets a client is an agency that loses a client.

Sorted by deadline, then by open critical issues — the client most at risk is first.

Interim final rule; a legal challenge is pending.

  • Show every client affected by this rule. When you fix a shared component in a theme you resell, you need to know which of your clients carry it.

  • Bulk scan and bulk reports

Scan every client now, or reschedule the whole portfolio in one action. Bulk report generation runs as one queued job and arrives as a zip.

  • White-label reporting

Your logo, your primary colour, your report footer, your “prepared by” line, and an optional custom domain for shared report links.

  • The no-scan-in-30-days count

On the aggregate strip, not buried in a settings page.

Your client owns their compliance record. Always.

Each client is a real tenant — its own users, its own evidence chain, its own contract — not a folder inside your account. You have delegated access, not ownership.

When a relationship ends, you release the client. Your access stops, a ledger event records the transfer, and the client’s evidence chain is re-verified and the result recorded. They keep everything.

Their compliance record does not belong to their agency. Say that to a city attorney and the procurement conversation changes.

What is never white-labelled

The methodology statement
which engines, which versions, the sampling method, and what automated testing can and cannot detect.
The chain verification result
intact, broken at event N, or cannot verify.

A report may carry your name. It must still say which engines produced the findings and whether the record verifies. If your client later has to defend that record, an anonymous report is worthless.

Roles and access

Agency owner
Everything, including billing and client management
Agency manager
All assigned clients; may add and release clients
Agency member
Only explicitly assigned clients

An agency user’s effective permission on a client is the intersection of their agency role and the organisation role granted by that assignment — never the union. An unassigned client returns a 404, because the existence of a client is itself information.

What the Portfolio plan costs

  • $1,500 per month, or $18,000 per year.
  • Up to 25 active client organisations. Assets are not capped. Unlimited users, on this plan as on every other.
  • Enterprise starts at $18,000 per year. Above 25 active clients, ask us to quote both and compare.

Your own arithmetic

We publish no claimed agency margin, no revenue multiple and no case-study number, because we cannot prove them. Here are the inputs; the sum is yours.

Your input

  • Number of government clients.
  • What you would charge per client per year for monitoring, reporting and remediation coordination.
  • Hours per client per year you expect to spend.

Ours

  • $18,000 per year, up to 25 active client organisations, unlimited users.
  • A 5-page scan of any one client’s site, free, today.

Run that against your own book. If the number does not work, tell us what would — we would rather hear it than guess.

How to start

  1. Scan one client’s site, free. 5 pages, no account.

  2. Add one client on the Portfolio plan and run a real scan and a real report.

  3. Add the rest when the first report has been to a client meeting.

You do not have to migrate 22 clients to find out whether this works. Start with the one whose deadline is closest.

Questions agencies ask

Who is the contract with — us or our client?

With you. One agency subscription covers your assigned clients. Each client remains a separate tenant with its own data.

Can our clients have their own logins?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Users are unlimited on every plan, so a client’s ADA coordinator can have read access to their own workspace without changing your invoice.

What happens when we part company with a client?

You release them. Your access stops, a ledger event records the transfer, and their chain is re-verified and the result recorded. They keep every scan, fix, verification and export.

Can our staff see clients they are not assigned to?

No. An unassigned client returns a 404, not a permission message.

Do reports carry our brand?

Yes — logo, colour, footer, “prepared by” line and an optional custom domain. The methodology statement and the chain verification result are never removed.

Will you contact our clients directly?

Not while the client is assigned to you, and never to sell around you. If a client contacts us first, we tell you.

What happens above 25 active clients?

Additional client organisations are quoted, and so is Enterprise, which starts at $18,000 per year; ask for both and compare. Assets are not capped on this plan; a client with 40 assets counts once.
