How the platform works

Built for the people
who already own the work.

ADA coordinators, IT, communications, and the agencies that support them. One place to coordinate responsibilities across the team.

How it works

From an open issue
to a documented fix.

Keep the affected asset, the responsible person, and the verification record connected.

  1. Define the scope

Bring websites, applications, public documents, and vendor-provided services into the inventory.

  2. Assign remediation

Group repeated findings. Give each issue an owner, a priority, and a due date.

  3. Check the fix

Record the method, tested scope, reviewer, and result. Keep a submitted fix ready to verify until it is checked.

  4. Review what remains

Follow unresolved issues, document backlogs, and vendor evidence in a shared program summary.

For your evaluation

Start with
your requirements.

Define responsibilities, service deliverables, and purchasing requirements around the way your team works.

Discuss your requirements
What should we bring to a walkthrough?

Bring your website and application inventory, an existing audit, or the list you are working from. Include the people responsible for documents and vendor relationships. We can use that context to discuss scope and responsibilities.

How do automated and human testing fit?

Automated assessments provide findings. Human review adds context and evaluates conditions that automation cannot determine reliably. Verification records document how a submitted fix was checked.

What should we confirm before purchasing?

Confirm current product capabilities, asset and document scope, implementation responsibilities, service deliverables, pricing, accessibility documentation, and data handling. These belong in the evaluation and agreed scope.

Does a verified fix mean the program is compliant?

A verification result applies to a defined issue, test method, and scope. It does not certify an entire website or establish legal compliance.
