The agendas, the minutes and the board packets
412 of your 1,180 PDFs are not accessible.
Every discovered PDF is validated against PDF/UA-1 (ISO 14289-1) with veraPDF, per document. A failure names the clause it failed — 7.1.11, 6.2.1, 7.1.10 — so the person fixing it knows what to change.
- Files over 25 MB are not checked, and say so.
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are recorded but not yet validated, and say so.

How many user accounts do we get?
Unlimited, on every plan. We meter pages and documents, never people.
Does it cover our agenda portal and our payment pages?
Those are usually on a vendor’s host. They are in scope for your obligation, and they are handled by the vendor registry and authorised journey scans.
Where is our data stored?
In the United States, in every store we use, including backups and error tracking. The subprocessor list names each one with its region.
