When you will hear back

- No rotation: one engineer is paged for an outage or a failed integrity check of the evidence ledger, on a best-effort basis with no response target — automated acknowledgement of email is not built yet, so a message sent overnight is read in the morning
What to include if you want an answer in one reply
- Your entity’s legal name, as it appears on a purchase order.
- The website address, or addresses, you want covered.
- Roughly how many pages and how many PDFs, if you know. A guess is fine.
- Your deadline, if a date is driving this.
- Whether your purchasing policy needs a quote, a sole-source justification, or both.
With those five, a quote and the procurement pack come back in one reply instead of four.
What happens to what you send
What you type here goes to our own API on our own infrastructure in the United States. No third-party form service is involved, so nothing you type passes through a service you have not been told about. We use your message to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form, and we do not sell or share what you send. Ask us to delete it and we will, and tell you when it is done.
